!!!COMING SOON!!!

Please read and pass along

As many of you already may know, WAVU Radio Station in Albertville, AL. has made a decision to eliminate all live broadcasting from their studio on Sunday mornings. We here at Antioch do completely understand and feel the same frustration with this decision as you the listeners do. We also understand that it is you, the listeners, that makes this radio ministry worthwhile and valuable to Antioch Baptist Church. Our church began this radio ministry in 1948 when WAVU opened its doors and we have been on the air every Sunday since that date. With all that being said, I feel strongly impressed about continuing this ministry through whatever means that may be available and practical. Going forward we ask for your patience and prayers as we take some time to find the best format to continue this ministry. It is most likely that we will be seeking a feasible way to continue this ministry via a live webcast which seems to be the most practical way to get our live program to the public. This will be available in both audio and video format. At this time I would highly recommend that you continue to listen to WAVU at 8:30 on Sunday mornings for a prerecorded worship service from our archives and also for upcoming announcements about our live webcast. I would also recommend that you visit SermonAudio.com and/or download the SermonAudio App on your device and listen to our services there. You can simply click the link below or search Antioch Baptist Church inside the SermonAudio App. It is most likely that we will use SermonAudio.com and the App to do our live webcast and it is our intention to come on live at 8:30 am every Sunday morning with a 30 minute program just like what we already do at the radio station. Please keep our church in your prayers and feel free to contact me via text or email with any questions. Thank you and always remember, "If God be for us, who can be against us?"
